Instructions for Making Your 26-27 Sustaining Share Pledge

1. Click your personalized EasyShul pledge link in the email with the subject “Sustaining Share 2026: Make Your Pledge.”
   
2. You will see a window asking for a verification code sent to the email on your EasyShul account. Find that email, copy the verification code, and enter it into the space provided.
3. Choose your pledge amount. You can choose to increase by 10%, an amount that will trigger a bonus $1000 match, or a custom amount of your choosing. If you select a custom amount, you will be prompted to type in the amount. The pledge you choose or enter will appear in your total on the right side of the screen.
4. [Optional] Choose to make an optional additional security contribution. If you select this option, you will be prompted to enter an amount of your choosing. That amount will be added to your total on the right side of the screen. These additional contributions help to defray the cost of security, an increasing part of Shomrei’s operating costs.
5. Choose a payment method. We recommend choosing “Bill my account.” Choosing “Bill my account” will enable the office to set up invoices according to your selected payment plan, and you can use a saved payment method or set up a new payment method. Choose “credit card” or “ACH” only if you want to pay the full amount immediately - EasyShul will ignore your payment plan selection and charge your saved payment method immediately.
6. In “Household Interests” (an EasyShul term), you will be able to make a selection for a payment plan. NOTE: if you want to use one of these payment plans, you must also choose “Bill my account” in the payment section. If you choose “credit card” or “ACH” you will be charged the full amount, immediately.
   • Choose one of the following payment plans:
     • SFSC 26-27 01 payment - You will be charged once on July 1, 2026
     • SFSC 26-27 02 payments - You will be charged 50% on July 1, 2026, and 50% on December 1, 2026
     • SFSC 26-27 04 payments - You will be charged 25% each quarter on July 1, 2026, October 1, 2026, January 1, 2027, and April 1, 2027
     • SFSC 26-27 10 payments - You will be charged 10% each month starting July 1, 2026, and ending April 1, 2027
     • SFSC 26-27 12 payments - You will be charged 8.3% each month starting July 1, 2026, and ending June 1, 2027
7. [Optional] If you intend to use a credit card, you may choose to cover the 3% credit card service charge with your contribution - this option is found in the “Household Interests” section, alongside the payment plan options. If you use a credit card and don’t select this option, Shomrei will have to pay the credit card service charge, reducing the impact of your contribution. You always have the option to pay by check or ACH to avoid a service charge for you and for Shomrei. Note that the additional 3% will not appear in your total, but will be added to your payment when you make it.
8. [Optional] If you plan to pay your pledge through a donor advised fund (DAF) or by transferring securities, or if you have an employer match that can be applied to your pledge, select the relevant checkboxes in “Household Interests.”
9. Verify you are not a robot and click “Pay” to submit your renewal pledge.
