Update about Essex Together

As we enter the high holidays, I am happy to provide an update about Essex Together, a great social action program I invite you to learn about and participate in:

First news about the growing Coalition. New members include:

  • Team Resurrection — Newark
  • HUBB Arts and Trauma Center — Newark
  • Temple Ner Tamid: Bloomfield

Right now there are three committees in formation.

  • Criminal justice reform
  • Green Energy
  • Education

I am pleased to provide a link to a survey from the Education Committee designed to help guide its strategy and plans. The link is here.  Everyone is welcome to fill it out to have your views and voices heard.
