Purim Simcha Band

Purim Simchah Band 2 2016 march

After 6 or 7 years, the Purim Simcha Band is a tradition at Shomrei. Some of our musicians have been with us since our first Purim concert and we applaud and thank them. This year, we had several new members and we welcome them and look forward to a long association.

Purim Simchah Band 2016 marchYasher Koach to: Alan B., Eli F., Elliot L., Sam L. Sebastian P., Zeke S., Mike T., Mitch Radler (our JLC music teacher), Ken Bannerman, and David Halbfinger for spreading their joy and drowning out Haman’s name with their instruments.

As always, Maestro Mark Weinstein brings out the best in all the musicians. Without him, there would be no simcha in the simcha band.

Special thanks to Marge, the Rabbi and the custodial staff who feed the band, provide rehearsal space and make copies of the music.
