Preschool Summer Camp
Shomrei Preschool Summer Camp combines outdoor play, indoor games, water activities, and playground fun with hands-on learning and gardening and much more. Kids explore nature, splash in water games, plant seeds, and discover how things grow. These experiences promote creativity, social skills, and motor development, all while keeping children engaged, active, and having fun.
2's Program
This program gently introduces two-year-olds to separating from their parent or caregiver. It’s ideal for children who have never attended school or camp, helping prepare them for their first preschool experience in the fall. Children must turn 2 by October 31st of the current year.
Our experienced staff ensures a safe, happy, and nurturing introduction to camp, making the experience as stress-free as possible for both children and parents.
Potty training NOT required
Daily activities include water play, creative outdoor fun, art and sensory experiences, facilitated free play, and time on the playground. We’ll also feature special programs like Rizzo Reptiles, Traveling Tumblers, Montclair Fire Department, Music and the Kona Ice truck, to name a few!
On Wednesdays, a pizza lunch is provided.
3's and 4's Program
Designed for three and four-year-olds with prior school or camp experience, this program offers fun-filled summer days packed with engaging indoor and outdoor activities. Our experienced camp staff is dedicated to ensuring your child has an unforgettable summer camp experience.
- Exciting Weekly Themes: Spark creativity, imagination, and endless fun.
- Lunch: Campers bring a dairy/vegetarian, nut-free lunch daily. Pizza lunch is provided on Wednesdays.
- Outdoor Fun: Daily water play, creative outdoor activities, art and sensory experiences, facilitated free play, and time on the playground.
- Special Programs: Enjoy activities with Rizzo Reptiles, Traveling Tumblers, the Montclair Fire Department, Music sing-along, and The Kona Ice Truck, among others!
Water & Messy Play
Children of all ages play with water tables and sprinklers under supervision of CPR certified staff, experiencing different activities based on their own comfort level. We get messy in our bathing suits, making mud pies, gardening, & exploring art outdoors!
Potty Training
For any of our campers, potty training not required. (We’re happy to help you with the process, if you’d like!)
