President of Shomrei, Rabbi Julie Roth, Sermons & Talks

President Michael Sag and Rabbi Julie Roth Talk About Shomrei

We are just a few days away from Rabbi Julie leading her first official service at Congregation Shomrei Emunah. I hope you will watch the video of my recent chat with her and that you are as excited as I am.

This is the start of the most incredible two months of activity at Shomrei – Rabbi Julie’s start, High Holy Day services, and a building packed with children starting their year at the preschool and at JLC, and preparing for their fall B’nai Mitzvot. There will be a lot of new and innovative programming introduced over theext few months including – adult education for the most studious and new learners alike. We will provide updates in ShomreiWeek and on the website. I encourage you to participate and experience all that Shomrei has to offer in the coming weeks and months.  I promise you’ll come away excited about what we’ve got in store!!

Rabbi Julie’s first Shabbat Service is this Friday, August 19th at 6:30 p.m. followed by a potluck dinner at 7:30 p.m. – both outside in the tent (weather permitting).  Please join us and please invite your friends. All are welcome!

You can sign up to bring something for the potluck here: http://shomrei.org/tos

I look forward to seeing everyone soon.

Warmly,
Michael Sag

President
Congregation Shomrei Emunah
