A very efficient and congenial crew met in the Shomrei kitchen to prepare a hearty and nutritious meal for 52 MESH guests. Due to a scheduling conflict, this week’s Team cooked and partially packed on Sunday, then reheated and finished packing up on Tuesday afternoon.
Chef Lynne, ably assisted by Linda Wieseneck, Joan Zief and Lanny Kurzweil, prepared BBQ Chicken, Roasted Potatoes and Roasted Mixed Vegetables. The team assembled the meal bags with an apple, chocolate-dipped biscotti, roll, ketchup cup, water bottle and cutlery pack. (more…)
